We’re looking for a **Regional Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Champion** to lead process improvements and digital integrations across South America. As a Process Champion, you will support activities in all Supplier Services departments, including **Supplier Master Data, PO Coordinators, Scanning + Accounts Payable, Disbursements, T&E;, and Credit Card administration**. You will be part of a cross-functional team focused on Process Strategy, Optimization, and System Integrations.

A key part of this role involves working closely with **Accounts Payable processes**, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in areas such as invoice processing, issue resolution, and payments.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead transformation projects**: Implement new tools, processes, and digital solutions across South America with a strong focus on AP activities.
- **Support mergers & acquisitions**: Partner with the Global Process Manager to integrate businesses seamlessly into our P2P and AP processes.
- **Champion best practices**: Promote convergence, standardization, and knowledge sharing across the Supplier Services teams.




- **Ensure process readiness**: Maintain documentation and support training to keep all teams aligned with updated AP and P2P processes.

**What You Bring**
- **Experience in Accounts Payable / P2P**: Hands-on experience with invoice processing, issue resolution, payments, or related AP cycle activities is highly valued.
- **Project execution**: Minimum 2 years working on projects, ideally in Shared Services environments.
- **Global mindset**: Ability to collaborate virtually across cultures and functions.
- **Influence & communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support change adoption.
- **Analytical approach**: Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and process metrics.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English and Spanish.
- **Tech skills**: Advanced SAP experience in a global environment (FI/MM modules), plus solid Excel knowledge.
