**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Ventas Internas to join our dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Inside Sales position supports business development across all market sectors served by the company. This role has a strong focus on office-based commercial management, supporting Field Sales Engineers, and direct customer engagement, actively contributing to sales growth and the retention of the installed base.
The Inside Sales professional must have a strong customer orientation, a consultative sales approach, and technical knowledge of the solutions portfolio. This enables the development of value-based proposals, opportunity management, and effective follow-up with customers and prospects through remote channels.
This role is responsible for protecting the installed base of products and customers, managing assigned accounts, and supporting the development of new business across different sectors (Mining, Industry, Food & Beverage, etc.), working closely with Field Sales Engineers, the Applications Engineer, and the Sales Manager.
**Requirements**:
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, commercial support,
or inside sales.
Experience with positive displacement pumps is a plus.
Previous experience in industrial environments is highly valued.
Residence in the Metropolitan Region.
**Skills**:Strong customer focus and ability to provide effective remote customer support.
Consultative selling mindset and value-added sales approach.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and discipline in CRM and ERP management.
Analytical ability to interpret technical and commercial requirements.
Collaborative mindset when working with internal teams (field sales, management).
Full proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written).
Intermediate English is an advantage for training and communication with factories.
What You Will Do
Manage the assigned customer portfolio through inside sales, covering all market sectors.
Protect and develop the installed base of products by identifying opportunities for spare parts, services, upgrades, and new projects.
Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations.
Actively support Field Sales Engineers in the management and follow-up of sales opportunities.
Handle and qualify incoming leads from digital channels and commercial campaigns.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with both active and inactive customers.
Maintain disciplined and accurate use of CRM and ERP systems.
Present weekly sales forecasts.
Contribute to achieving the monthly sales quota.
Support the local Digital Strategy and other commercial initiatives.
Promote a collaborative, results-oriented work environment.
Who You Will Work With
You will work with the support of the Sales Manager. You will receive internal technical support from the Applications Engineer and maintain close communication with the WM Chile Sales Team. As an Inside Sales professional, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers across all market sectors.

**Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Química o Industrial.
3 a 5 años de experiência en ventas técnicas B2B, soporte comercial o ventas internas.
Experiência con bombas de desplazamiento positivo es un plus.
Experiência previa en entornos industriales es altamente valorada.

Robusto orientación al cliente y capacidad de atención remota efectiva.
Enfoque de venta consultiva y venta de valor agregado.
Organización, autonomía y disciplina en la gestión de CRM y ERP.
Capacidad analítica para interpretar requerimientos técnicos y comerciales.
Trabajo colaborativo con equipos internos (ventas externas, gerencia).
Dominio completo del idioma español (oral y escrito).
Inglés intermedio es una ventaja para capacitación y comunicación con fábricas.
**Qué harás**
Gestionar la cartera de clientes asignada desde ventas internas, abarcando todos los sectores del mercado.
Defender y desarrollar la base instalada de productos, identificando oportunidades de repuestos, servicios, upgrades y nuevos proyectos.
Elaborar y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones técnicas y comerciales.
Apoyar activamente al equipo a los Ingenieros de ventas externas en la gestión y seguimiento de oportunidades.
