**About the Role**: We are a premier Custom Home and ADU builder in Orange County and Los Angeles, is seeking a high-performance **Remote Bilingual Sales Specialist**. You will act as the digital bridge between our US-based clients and our Spanish-speaking field teams.
**Operational Note**: This is a 100% remote role based in Chile. You will not travel to sites; you will manage communication and sales coordination virtually using VoIP and Project Management software.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Client Coordination**: Handle inbound/outbound leads for custom home projects, conducting virtual consultations in English.
- **Project Liaison**: Act as the translator and coordinator between English-speaking clients/management and Spanish-speaking construction crews via phone and video calls.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain strict data hygiene in our CRM and ClickUp dashboards to track lead status and project timelines.
- **Virtual Site Support**: Coordinate remotely with on-site Project Managers to ensure materials and instructions are clear to the crew.
**Standard Requirements (The "Must Haves")**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Bilingual proficiency in **Spanish and English** (C1/C2 Level).
You must be able to switch instantly between technical construction terms in both languages.
- **Industry Experience**: Minimum 2 years in Sales for High Ticket Items.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Mastery of CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) and Project Management software (ClickUp, etc).
**Remote Workstation Requirements (Critical for Reliability)**:
- **Schedule**: Ability to work **US Pacific Standard Time (PST)** hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST) to align with California business operations.
- **Connectivity**: High-speed Fiber Optic internet (Minimum 50 Mbps down/10 Mbps up) with a backup connection plan.
- **Hardware**: Dedicated workspace with a noise-canceling headset and a modern computer capable of handling video calls and heavy browser usage simultaneously.
- **Work Station**:Comfortable workspace and presentable for client facing meetings
