**The Position - Project Manager/Scrum Master (Cloud)**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Facilitate and coordinate **projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities**, providing leadership and organization while addressing details as needed.
- **Mobilize regional and general teams** to address challenges in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity constraints.
- Compile and present **project/program reports,** coordinate schedules, lead meetings, and resolve technical,



functional, and organizational issues.**:

- **Communicate **frequently with **stakeholders**, **senior management, and clients;** analyze **new requirements and define project scope, deliverables, and activities.**

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- **BS degree in Computer Science** or equivalent experience
- **Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a technical delivery position**. Overall IT industry experience of over 10 years
- ** Bilingual/Professional English proficiency**:

- Knowledge of **AWS and SaaS implementations**:

- Experience **supporting **and **documenting IT projects**

**Preferred Additional skills**
- Experience with automated **project management tools**:

- **PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP** and/or ITIL certifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a **Scrum Master
