**Role Purpose**

To drive cloud revenue growth and customer success by building and executing customer-centric strategies that align with business goals and position SAP's cloud solutions to meet customer challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**

include but not limited to:

- **Build Customer Centric Strategy**: Understand customer business goals and develop strategic plans; manage executive relationships; align SAP solutions portfolio to deliver value.
- **Drive Cloud Revenue Growth**: Expand SAP solutions footprint aligned with customer goals; focus on renewals, retention, and expansion; manage pipeline; provide sales handover to implementation partners.
- **Guide Customers into the Future**: Ensure successful cloud adoption and consumption; articulate the value of cloud migration; maximize customer lifetime value.
- **Collaborate Internally**: Align SAP account team and partners with customer requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
- **Maintain Customer Visibility**: Regularly review and adjust strategies; ensure continuous positioning and delivery of value.

**Experience & Language Requirements**
- 9+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions.
- For one of the openings,



experience supporting Public Sector accounts is a must.
- Experience in lead role of a team selling environment.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
- Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
- Business level English: Fluent
