**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct in-depth legal research in Irish and European Law, with a specific focus on defamation and slander law.

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to media law, defamation, and slander cases.

Provide comprehensive support in litigation involving defamation and slander, including preparing briefs and pleadings.

Manage legal documentation and correspondences with a keen eye for confidentiality and detail.

Stay abreast of the latest developments and changes in defamation and slander law in Ireland and the EU.

Coordinate effectively with clients and legal teams to provide timely and accurate legal support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Irish and European Law,



with specific expertise in defamation and slander law.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Fluency in English;

Familiarity with legal procedures and court protocols in defamation and slander cases.
