**About the Role**

In this role, you'll help identify and act on opportunities to improve our products and processes. You'll work cross-functionally with central and local teams-including Product, Community Operations, and the Commercial team-to plan, implement, and scale key initiatives.

You'll play a critical role in analyzing market performance and operational metrics to remove roadblocks, unlock growth, and drive efficiency across the Uber Eats platform. Your work will directly impact how users experience the app, making Uber Eats the go-to choice for food and grocery delivery.

**What You'll Do**
- Identify root causes of performance challenges across the marketplace and restaurant partners, translating insights into scalable actions.
- Propose and implement data-informed, scalable solutions, considering trade-offs and long-term impact.
- Execute, optimize, and expand core analyses and processes across Latin America and other regions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and lead initiatives to improve them, aiming for ambitious and sustainable results.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to streamline operations, resolve pain points,



and enhance system efficiency.
- Partner with high-performing teams across functions, contributing to visible, business-critical projects.

**What You'll Do**
**Basic Qualifications**
- 1 year of experience solving analytical problems or leading projects in operations, strategy, or a related field.
- A data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, conduct in-depth analysis, and derive actionable insights.
- Strong execution skills: Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes, minimizing errors.
- Excellent teamwork: Open, respectful, and collaborative. Comfortable working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High adaptability: Thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage multifaceted projects with cross-functional teams.
- Clear and confident communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

**Preferred Qualifications**

These skills are a plus:

- Experience using Python for data analysis or automation.
- Project management experience, particularly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort with learning and using internal tools and systems for implementation.
