**The Role**
- At Sonnedix, we are seeking an **H&S; Supervisor** to join our team in Chile, reporting to the H&S; Manager - Chile. This role will be instrumental in implementing health and safety (H&S;) programs across our operations, which include solar, wind, and battery projects under construction and operation, as well as our local offices. The H&S; Supervisor will play a central role in ensuring compliance with Chilean regulations and Sonnedix standards, while also fostering a strong safety culture and working closely with contractors and internal teams.

**Desirable skills**:
- Technical or professional degree in Occupational Health & Safety.- Experience in H&S; within the energy industry (renewables preferred).- Strong knowledge of Chilean HSE regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., DS 44, DS 594, ISO 45001).- Proven experience in contractor supervision, HSE audits, documentation processes and IA and reporting platforms- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a responsible, structured, and proactive approach.
