The Role: Nightlife & Experience Guide

Are you the kind of person who lights up a room? Do you thrive in social settings, love meeting new people, and know how to bring the good vibes every time? We’re looking for outgoing, high-energy guides to lead our pub crawls, cocktail tours, and other nightlife-focused experiences in Santiago.

You don’t need to be a historian—you need to be a people person with confidence, charisma, and a passion for creating great nights out.

What You’ll Do:
Lead fun and safe pub crawls, bar-hopping nights, and cocktail adventures.

Hype up the group, break the ice, and keep the good energy flowing all night long.

Keep things organized while still making the night feel spontaneous and effortless.

Make sure everyone feels included and has a great time—locals, expats, and tourists alike.

Represent Ludwig’s with a friendly, professional, and party-ready attitude.

What We’re Looking For:




Big personality - confident, fun, sociable, and naturally outgoing.

Fluent English speaker (other languages are a big plus).

Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, or tours is great—but energy is everything.

Able to manage groups, lead activities, and keep the night flowing smoothly.

You’re reliable, street-smart, and can handle surprises with a smile.

Comfortable being on your feet and out late (pub crawls typically run in the evenings).
