**Your responsibilities**
- Drive and develop trading activities in raw material exports from South America
- Develop strong supplier and customer networks, identify new business opportunities, and manage commercial negotiations
- Manage trading risks such as credit exposure, market volatility, and supply disruptions
- Collaborate internationally with our integral trading teams and management to align strategy and growth initiatives
- Always adhere to country-specific and company-internal compliance requirements as well as legal regulations
**Your profile**
- Several years of experience in commodity trading of raw materials, ideally minerals, iron ore, manganese ore, metals and alloys or related commodities
- Excellent market knowledge, an existing network of industry contacts and knowledge of country-specific market regulations
- Strong intercultural skills and proven negotiation expertise
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and develop structures
- Excellent written and spoken English skills - additional language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Sao Paulo and thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
