**About the Role**
As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing existing partnerships and forging new connections through strategic business development. Your focus will be on fostering relationships with our clients, guiding them strategically to achieve their goals, and innovating sales strategies to drive Uber's success. Additionally, you'll ensure seamless account management across operations, merchandising, and our partner catalog team.
**What you'll do**
- Lead the management of commercial relationships with our Grocery merchants, conducting regular Business Reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to effectively meet business targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like catalog and operations to ensure top-notch consumer experiences and strive for operational excellence.
- Analyze data to identify pain points and devise strategic plans, a key aspect of your role.
- Drive expansion of our existing accounts based on market and customer needs.
- Set, supervise,
and report on strategic partner performance metrics.
**What you'll need**
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, quantify, and capitalize on opportunities, driven by data insights.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment.
- Willingness to work hard, get deeply involved with our highest value partners, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze grocery needs to unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve.
- Effective presentation and selling skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus.
