**Gerente de Proyecto**: Escribe artículos, publicaciones, libros y presenta ante distintas audiencias. Maneja herramientas computacionales (fundamentalmente Office). Participa en todas las etapas del proyecto. Puede liderar más de un proyecto o equipos de trabajo. Puede ser responsable de alguna gerencia global dentro de la empresa e identificar nuevas oportunidades para el cliente y desarrollar nuevos negocios tanto con actuales como con nuevos clientes. Desarrolla y fortalece equipos de trabajo interno. Vive y asegura internamente la filosofía CGS. Gestiona recursos y equipos de trabajo. Tiene liderazgo y una visión sistémica que permita entregar real valor al cliente, traspasar el conocimiento dentro de su equipo, y comunicar formalmente los resultados tanto al equipo senior como al cliente. Tiene una experiência aproximada 9 años o más.
