**Position Purpose**:

- Leads the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at a local (CPO) level.
- Collects and analyze data to generate insights for Patient Access submissions that jointly create value for customers, patients and Novartis.

**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and execute market access strategies. Position and differentiate the multidimensional value (clinical, economic, for society, for patients. for the health system, ethical )
- Efficiently shape the environment in order to reach access for all eligible patients to NVS portfolio in the health system.
- Utilize Health Economics studies as a tool to promote value-based and evidence-based pricing.
- Negotiate, build, operate and implement Sustainable and Innovative Access models that include shared contribution models, EAP, Risk Management programs etc.




- Drive the establishment of the public-private and private-private collaboration platforms, designing and delivering the value narrative around the need of a sustainable health system
- Build and leverage strong networks and relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders and individual and institutional key decision makers, to optimize the positioning and messaging of Novartis products and facilitate the co-creation of value propositions with customers.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University degree in health sciences is preferrable
- Ideally with academic background on value-based healthcare and health-economy
- Knowledge of Chilean healthcare
- English at a fluent level
