**Gerente de Unidad de negocios CGS**: Escribe artículos, publicaciones, libros y presenta ante distintas audiencias. Maneja herramientas computacionales (fundamentalmente Office). Gerencia íntegramente un área de negocio específica, interactuando con las demás Gerencias de Área de CGS, sin prejuicio de su participación en uno o más de un proyecto o equipos de trabajo. Desarrolla y fortalece equipos de trabajo interno. Vive y asegura internamente la filosofía CGS. Tiene liderazgo y una visión sistémica que permita entregar real valor al cliente, traspasar el conocimiento dentro de su equipo, asegurar la calidad de procesos y proyectos, abrir nuevos mercados, diversificar el offering de productos y relacionarse con clientes actuales. Tiene una experiência aproximada 10 años o más.
