** Your Role**: The primary objective is to successfully gain and retain customers by offering industry-leading solutions. This involves leading major customer tender proposals, managing the development of successful customer solutions, and driving innovation through new concepts and technology. Additionally, presenting tailored solutions during the tendering process and partnering with the management team to address customer queries while constructively challenging the status quo are key responsibilities. The role requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class logistics concepts.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Leading customer tender response projects to define best-in-class solution options for the customer
- Include advanced knowledge of technology and equipment into the proposal
- Independently create a solution's design with the required cost models.
- Create a detailed data analysis from provided customer data
- Drive value proposition of the solution offering
- Lead team members during the tender process
- Lead customer response from a customer solutions perspective and be a main contact for the customer




- Lead implementations and optimization projects
- Mentors engineers and analysts to achieve their promotion goals
- Actively use knowledge of changes/trends within the market that will impact logistics services
- Reviews work of others (4-eye check)
- Train team members on engineering and market know-how

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration, international trade or other fields.
- Experience in Senior management team and Customer Onboarding
- + 3 years of experience in Production Systems (AutoCAD or other calculation tool)
- English advanced
