- Ability to communicate and drive change management at all organizational levels- A strong HR-toolbox and a minimum 8 years of experience in people management, preferably in multinational companies within industrial sectors- Proficiency within digitalization of people processes- Experience in building fruitful labour relations and collective negotiations- Knowledge of occupational health and safety
