Our Santiago office is looking for a **Senior Architectural BIM Designer **to join our Architecture team within our **Engineering Design Organization. **As an **Senior Architectural BIM Designer **you will provide support to multi-discipline projects in various industries including rail and transit facilities, water/wastewater treatment plants, energy, solid waste, food and beverage, environmental and other industrial buildings. This opportunity will provide exposure to integrated design and delivery of major national and international projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong working knowledge of Revit as a design platform.
- Technically competent in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,



Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Prepare presentations, annotated plans, 3D axonometric diagrams, and other necessary information to support the design team.
- Perform design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural works associated with building construction or improvement projects.

**Your Skills, Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Understanding of MS Office, REVIT, CAD and good organization skills.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the use of Revit.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to this position.
- Strong graphic presentation skills and abilities to present to clients.
- Keen to learn, collaborate and coordinate with other members of the team.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to deal with uncertainty, changing and multiple priorities.
