**Partner Account Manager - PAM**

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Look no further! Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Account Manager to join our team.

As a **Partner Account Manager**, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem by developing and maintaining strong partnerships with our valued partners.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills,



and a deep understanding of the technology industry. If you are a self-starter, possess a strong sense of ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and share knowledge with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of partner initiatives.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Lenovo and build relationships with potential partners.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact partner relationships or sales performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lenovo and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and activities.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize partner management processes.
