**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Compensation and Benefits Program Design**
Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs; provide financial, market, and legal analysis and insights; draft elements of the technical design; draft internal management reports.
**Annual Pay and Benefits Review**
Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses and insights; draft employee communications and management briefings; prepare line-management decision-making tools.
**Information and Business Advice**
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
**HR Data Analytics and Insights**
Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues.
**HR Data Management**
Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.
**TASKS**
Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
Support the annual remuneration review process including:
- system development and testing,
- developing supporting materials such as communicating compensation concepts,
- key stakeholder engagement through the process
- creation of reports and analysis post review
- working with PSS to move salaries over to CoreHR.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Advanced level of English written and spoken (must).**:
- At least 4 years of experience regarding HR operations systems and tasks.
- Previous experience in Compensation area.
- Bachelor's degree regarding IT, Human Resources or similar area.
