**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We’re looking for a technically skilled, product-aware Product Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Product Engineer, you will be at the forefront of building robust, scalable systems while maintaining a keen eye on how technical decisions impact the product and customer experience. You won’t just write code—you’ll help shape the architecture and contribute to the technical strategy that powers our platform.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Design & Build**
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Optimize systems for reliability, availability, and observability.
- Own the technical delivery of features, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
- ** Analyze & Iterate**
- Debug complex issues across the stack and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Use metrics and logs to monitor, analyze, and improve system health and performance.
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to continuously improve our technical capabilities.
- ** Collaborate**
- Work closely with other engineers to architect solutions that balance speed and technical debt.
- Engage with Product Managers to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and external APIs to extend platform capabilities.
- ** Communicate**
- Document technical decisions and share knowledge with the engineering team.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback in code reviews.
- Communicate technical risks and trade-offs to stakeholders effectively.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Expertise in **TypeScript** and hands-on experience with frameworks like **Vue,** **React**,



**Next.js**, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working with distributed systems.
- A technical-first mindset with the ability to dive deep into system design and architecture.
- Proven ability to deliver complex features from concept to production.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the entire stack.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like **Terraform** or **AWS CDK**.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and serverless design patterns.
- Experience optimizing large-scale systems for performance and resilience.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Experience with observability tools and practices (e.g., logging, monitoring, tracing).
