Hello Magic is seeking motivated independent contractors to join our general sales team as Business Development Appointment Setters. This hybrid, flexible position offers a base salary, attractive bonuses, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth in a positive and supportive work environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF A REMOTE SALES DEVELOPMENT REP**
- Understand and address the needs of prospective clients
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers
- Respond to objections with thoughtful solutions
- Schedule follow-up appointments for our Account Executives
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated




- Consistently meet call targets and work on skill development

**COMPENSATION STRUCTURE**

**Part-Time**: $400 USD/month base + $600-$1000 USD/month in bonuses (4-hour daily commitment)
**Full-Time**: $800 USD/month base + $1000-$1800 USD/month in bonuses (8-hour daily commitment)
**Bonus**: $25 for every appointment set

**LOCATION**

This hybrid role allows you the flexibility to work from home or in an office setting, depending on your preference.
