**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and monitor tailored action plans for each client.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to resolve customer needs efficiently.
- Conduct market analysis and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
- Travel extensively (40% to 60%) within the assigned territory to meet clients and stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with high initiative and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Interest or experience in market analysis, sales, and marketing.
- Knowledge of surgical wards and the dynamics between nurses and physicians.
