**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Design and develop Education Series programs and materials for the PS Team, Global People Team and internal stakeholders (employees or line managers). This includes an internal PS Onboarding Program, Global People Team Onboarding with PS, and broader Education Series sessions as required.
- Identify training needs through data metrics, process audit outcomes, process changes, performance reviews and feedback from team members and management.
- Collaborate with Global Process Leads to create content
- Coordinate and support the facilitation/co-facilitation of training sessions.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, case studies, and team exercises.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys,



and performance metrics.
- Continuously update and improve training materials and programs based on feedback and changing needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR education and training.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness and impact, presenting findings to PS leaders.
- Ensure all training
- Collaborate closely with the Process and Client Experience team to align training initiatives with operational goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

- Act as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support on learning and development opportunities.
- Ensure training materials are aligned to english, spanish and french language requirements for general stakeholders.
- Provide translation support as required.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or shared services environment.
- Minimum five years of experience in education or training and development.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with Spanish and French additionally desirable.
