The Cash Control Analyst will be responsible for reviewing the stores' cash under his control, reporting the issues to his supervisor, and reporting to the accounting team to book the entries regarding the stores' cash.

Hours:



40 per week; Monday to Friday 07.00 to 16.00 (one hour break).

Essential work skills:

- Good knowledge and experience working in Cash Control for at least 3 years.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel as well as knowledge with good keyboard skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Good organizational skills used in planning own work
- Calm and professional disposition
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Able to work in a busy office environment that often demands high levels of concentration
- Able to respond effectively to changing priorities
- Able to manage high-volume workload
- Able to work effectively with mínimal management guidance/supervision
- Good analytical ability
- Good problem-solving ability
- Fast learning abilities
- Teamwork abilities
- Spanish - native level
- English is a “must have” - intermediate/high level

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing that stores under his control report the cash controls according to the internal procedures.
- Training cashiers of stores in cash control procedures.
- Reporting to his supervisor any issue detected after his checks.
- Report to accounting the information about cash in stores to book the accounting entries.
- Solving doubts from the accounting department.
