**Who are we looking for?**
We’re searching for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused **People Support Coordinator - Talent Acquisition**to join our team in **Santiago, Chile**. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love supporting others, and enjoy bringing structure to dynamic processes, this could be the perfect fit.
In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative and coordination support to our Talent Acquisition (TA) function, with a special focus on managing the Psychometric Assessment process and Tickets. You’ll collaborate closely with our integral team and be part of a high-performing, collaborative, and globally connected team that values impact, agility, and continuous improvement.
**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:
- Managing the TA ticketing system, ensuring timely responses within our service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drafting requisitions in GPS to support recruiters with job postings.
- Creating visually engaging ads and flyers using Canva to promote open roles.
- Reviewing eligibility and processing referral and sign-on bonuses.
- Coordinating the Psychometric Assessment process end-to-end for the Americas region and support with other regions when needed:
- Tracking status updates every step of the process.
- Maintaining accurate records in trackers and systems.
- Scheduling debriefs and sharing results with recruiters or providers.
- Handling sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborating with our Philippines-based team to ensure seamless execution.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed.
**What you will bring to the Team**
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required as we provide support to different countries.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for supporting people and processes.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest improvements, flag potential issues early, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders —bringing value through reliability, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
such as Oracle or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools for creating recruitment materials.
- Understanding of recruitment workflows and TA administrative processes.
