**What the Role Delivers**

This role is a key finance position at the intersection of operations, manufacturing, and strategic decision-making. Serving as a trusted business partner to plant management and regional operations, this individual drives financial excellence by owning cost accounting processes, leading financial planning and performance management, and providing actionable insights that shape business strategies and operational execution for the plant.

Beyond reporting and analysis, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring financial integrity and compliance, advancing process efficiencies, and fostering continuous improvement within the finance function. With responsibility for standard costing, variance analysis, and strategic financial modeling,



the role directly impacts the company’s ability to optimize production, manage costs, and deliver on financial commitments.

By combining technical expertise in finance and accounting with strong business acumen and communication skills, this position influences critical decisions across the supply chain and manufacturing network. Success in this role means not only maintaining rigorous financial discipline but also driving innovation, harmonization, and technology adoption to position the business for sustainable growth and improved performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In order of relative importance_
- Collaborate with Corporate and International Accounting teams to deliver accurate monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Own standard costing processes and monthly variance analysis, including fixed cost estimates, cost breakdowns, and detailed cost reviews.
- Support Regional Finance Director on financial planning, forecasting, target setting, performance management, and decision support for plants, clusters, or hubs.
- Drive compliance with company standards and the Internal Control Framework (ICF), with a strong focus on cost accounting.
- Partner with plant management and regional operations leaders, providing financial insight that guides strategy and operational execution. Monitors impact and effectiveness.
- Enhance financial processes by leveraging technology and promoting efficiency in line with finance transformation goals.




- Support key business decisions with financial modeling, business cases, cost projections, and supply chain impact analysis..
- Provide insightful analysis to challenge and support the regional operations team in achieving strong business and financial outcomes.
- Coordinate financial analyses—including tracking performance, forecasts, budgets, and business cases—in alignment with global procedures and deadlines.
- Contribute to month-end close reviews, highlighting variances versus forecasts and recommending actions to improve results.
- Promote harmonization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across finance processes and ways of working.
- Build a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to strengthen financial reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong expertise in finance and accounting, cost management, ERP systems (SAP preferred), GAAP (US & local), and data analysis tools.
- Proven leadership experience working with remote teams in a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, efficient solutions.
- Versátil and adaptable to evolving business and regulatory environments.
- Experience in financial planning, performance management, and decision support across KPIs, strategy, investment, and cost management.
- Solid business acumen with an understanding of supply chain and manufacturing dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to partner, influence, and drive results in large regional or global organizations.
