**What is this role like?**
We're looking for a proactive and experienced **Web Developer** to join our fast-paced, growing US team! In this role, you'll help bring our product vision to life by building sleek, performant, and scalable web experiences that power retailers, marketplaces, and advertisers using Topsort's platform.

**You will**:

- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement intuitive,



user-centric web interfaces.
- Own end-to-end development of key features, from architecture to deployment, ensuring accessibility, performance, and scalability.
- Translate complex technical concepts (like auction mechanics or retail monetization) into seamless user interactions.
- Contribute to and maintain our front-end component library and design system, ensuring consistency and reusability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and product experiences that are fast, responsive, and visually engaging.

**What (we think) you need to be successful - but hey, surprise us if you're an outlier!**
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Web Developer or Front-End Engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
- Strong portfolio or project examples demonstrating web apps built with modern front-end technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with deep experience in frameworks like React, Vue.js, or similar.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems.
- Strong attention to performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.), and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a bias for action.
- Ability to work onsite from our Santiago office 4 days a week.
