Our **Santiago **office is looking to bring onboard a motivated **Civil 3D Designer **in the Engineering Design Organization.

**Working with an energetic and hard working team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Development of supporting project information: This includes calculations, analysis, evaluations, cost estimates, reports, measurements, drawings, and more.
- Design of platforms and earthworks.
- Design of roadworks, including geometric design and road safety.
- Interpretation and definition of design criteria.
- Guidance in seeking optimal design solutions.
- Reviewing blueprints and making corrections to designs and digital models.




- Preparation of technical design documentation, including plans and compliance with internal and client CAD standards.
- Direct collaboration with personnel in North America and Chile offices.
- Maintaining open communication with team members.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Civil Designer. Technical or University degree in Design, Geomatics Engineer, Civil Engineer, or related field.
- 5 years or more of work experience in civil projects.
- Experience in earthworks projects and design of mining platforms, using 3D modelling software.
- Experience in road design and layout, utilizing 3D modelling software.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (surface development, volume calculations).
- Proficiency in relevant computational software (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Global Mapper).
- Advanced English language skills are desirable.
- Highly developed communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving focus with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to manage competing priorities.
