**What We're Looking For**

**What You'll Do**
- Review vendor invoices for appropriate coding and approvals
- Understand the community associations' annual budget expense categories to assist with proper invoice coding
- Perform daily invoice data entry
- Perform work order (hourly labor) billing monthly
- Work with internal operations teams to troubleshoot coding and approvals
- Set-up new vendors and maintain appropriate vendor records
- Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (1099s, etc)




- Assist accountant role with sourcing information requests from external CPA firms for tax returns and financial audits
- Assist with year end vendor data validation for 1099 processing
- Communicate with internal and external parties
- Special projects and research as assigned

**The Skills You'll Need**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in accounting software systems
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payables principles
- Strong data entry skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a love for helping others see a path forward
- Tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to stay focused on getting results
- **Bilingual English / Spanish required**
