**Supply Chain Analyst**
**The Position**
As a Supply Chain Analyst you will hold responsibility for Logistics and Foreign Trade, to meet Novo Nordisk goals in terms of having product available on time within approved budgets in compliance with Novo Nordisk policies and external regulations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with 3PL and Vendors (Customs Broker /Freight Forwarding agents) and looking for ways to optimise these relationships across the business and driving improvements in services offered.
- Keeps the quantity of inventory on hand in line with company policies, thus improving working capital and/or achieving optimal inventory holdings.
- Foreign Trade administration (imports/exports): ensures that all appropriate paperwork is properly filed with Customs, and that we operate in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Ensures that transactions are recorded accurately and are available to Finance, Marketing and Sales departments.
- Reviewing and challenging the current supply chain setup in CL and identifying innovative ideas for improvement, especially considering changing directives and legislationReviewing and challenging the current supply chain setup in CL and identifying innovative ideas for improvement, especially considering changing directives and legislation
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economic sciences or Foreign Trade).
- Advanced level of English - written & spoken.
- Technical knowledge of Foreign Trade affairs.
- Experience of Supply Chain preferably in pharmaceutical industry is adecuado but not essential (3 years of experience)
- Managing customer/supplier relationship
