**Job Profile / Activities**:
The Americas South Building Construction Products (BCP) Marketing Manager will lead a team of marketing professionals focused on developing & executing programs that support the achievement of business plan, both units & OPACC. In effort to support the execution of all programs this leader will need to leverage data analytics, engage platforms, understand product group/industry team insights all while managing relationships with agency partners and aligning to target budgets.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes;
- Build marketing programs that leverage various channels and segments that drive leads & sales attribution;




- The team translates product and industry group business strategies into action plans. This team contributes to new product introductions by calling out the required support to establish customer value messaging that resonates;
- The team coordinates regional reporting and execution of marketing attributable sales, impressions, leads & p-leads while always managing to the annual budgets and delivering Marketing ROI.;
- Partner with agencies and other internal stakeholders;
- The team will need to analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback;
- The team will provide voice of the customer input to the products group in effort to strengthen the customer value message. The team must identify marketing opportunities by understanding customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses. This will be delivered by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs;

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor degree preferably related Marketing or Business

**Experience**:+8 years of industry or dealer experience. +5 years of marketing or advertising role experience.

**Language**:Advanced English and Basic Portuguese

**Travel**:35%

**Behavioral skills**: Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Fluent English and Advanced Portuguese
- BCP product & industry knowledge
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital marketing - Demonstrated understanding of SEO & SEM
- Familiar with marketing platforms and their ability to support marketing efforts (AEM, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Percolate)
