Overview
On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Business Development Manager - BESS / Solar.
Work Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in Sales of Inverters and Transformer Station for PMGD and C&I; Market.
- BESS knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills: How to negotiate in hard scenarios, customer intensity and teamwork.
- Hard Skills: Basic technical knowledge of Huawei technology (Inverters and BESS), project management and presentation skills.
- Advanced English level
Responsibilities
- Responsible for non-NA customers as sales for customer development and sales project management, making sure to achieve market and sales targets.
- Deep understanding of customer potential business pain points,
requirements and business strategy; identify opportunities by Huawei solutions and services to meet the customers' requirements and improve their business.
- Engage in technology decision maker discussions, with clear objectives and success criteria. Identify target sales scenarios, understand the current solar energy industry and development plans; define PMGD and C&I; customer strategies and execute effectively and efficiently.
- Deeply understanding of customer potential business pain points, requirements and business strategy.
