Sr Customer Success Manager – Santiago, Chile

Location: Santiago, Chile. This role grows, nurtures, and retains LATAM accounts for Entrust’s Identity Security solutions. It involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts and ensuring successful implementation and onboarding for customers across the LATAM region.

Responsibilities

- Manage and forecast book of business, including ongoing usage revenue, renewals, and partnering with Sales AEs on upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executive, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver the best Entrust experience.
- Identify and solve client challenges, presenting solutions in partnership with the client.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding priorities and product enhancements to the Product team.
- Drive personal and team development, sharing best practices to scale performance.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage customer issues to ensure a top‑tier Entrust experience.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in Client Service Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar.
- Experience managing a book of business valued around USD$3 million+,



with quarterly KPIs such as revenue usage and retention rates.
- Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of IT development and deployment, especially in SaaS.
- Clear solutions focus with emphasis on business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and with customers.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience partnering with Product teams and handling conflict/issue resolution.
- First‑class negotiation skills and data‑analytic proficiency.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred.
- Prior SaaS, Security, or related industry experience.
