This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. You will act as a strategic legal partner to the business, owning mandates end-to-end rather than operating in a purely advisory capacity. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, requiring both depth and agility. You will support international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance in fast-moving markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you will directly influence business decisions and risk strategy. Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring, market entry strategy, regulatory approvals,



and operational launch activities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements, including trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts.
- Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment structures, and related due diligence processes.
- Own cross-functional legal projects, working closely with compliance, finance, operations, HR, and senior leadership to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and translate legal developments into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.
- Support licensing, regulatory obligations, and ongoing compliance in regulated jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local and international requirements.
