In Santiago de Chile, within the Logistics & Distribution industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team. This is a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

This is you
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner in digital product development;
- Confident in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
- Deep understanding of the entire life cycle of a digital product, from conception to delivery and subsequent optimization;
- Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments to optimize digital products;
- Knowledge of techniques that help frequent product delivery (continuous delivery, release planning, etc.);
- Deal with product discovery techniques,



ways to reduce risks (feasibility, value, usability), and validate hypotheses (interviews, prototypes, fake door, etc.);
- Proficient in such tools as Jira, Confluence, and virtual whiteboards (Miro-Mural-Whiteboard);
- Ability to interpret and use data to analyze user behavior (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.);
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and influence product culture.

- Act as an Agile leader, guiding the team to deliver high-quality digital products;
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → optimization);
- Define and validate product ideas through discovery activities (interviews, prototypes, experiments);
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve product performance;
