About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for LATAM, you will take ownership of expanding the companys presence and driving revenue growth across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets. You will identify opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and secure high-value deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term success. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across LATAM, focusing on Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners,



and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and secure commercial agreements that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner retention.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings across the region.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish, with strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management within Latin America.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to define and execute strategies independently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
