This senior executive role is responsible for leading Trilliant’s development of new markets and strategic growth initiatives in selected countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The position requires a proven leader with deep knowledge of the utility and energy ecosystem, capable of managing multi-year sales cycles that progress through pilots, small deployments, and large-scale rollouts,



who can demonstrate and leverage senior relationships in the markets that operate and builds high-impact relationships with governments, regulators, utilities, and industry associations with mutually beneficial strategies.
The role plays a critical part in shaping market standards, influencing policy, and positioning Trilliant as a trusted partner in the region’s energy transition and decarbonization journey.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies in collaboration with governments, regulators, utilities, and industry associations.
Lead strategic sales initiatives, including multi-year bookings plans, direct and partner-based engagements, and opportunity prioritization across countries and verticals.
Build and execute multi-year bookings plan to budget. Own and execute the booking (sales) and revenue plan to achieve annual booking and growth targets.
