What you will do:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Operations Analyst to join our team and work with our key internal and external stakeholders. The role will primarily support the day-to-day activities under the supervision of operations leadership, project management leadership and managed services leadership.

Duties:
- Coordinate with project teams to gather, analyze, and summarize project information to support the preparation of reports and other project communications
- Create, maintain and update project documentation and records, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and contracts




- Assist with the administration of project contracts, including preparing contract summaries, reviewing invoices, and tracking expenditures
- Support the administrative execution of project risk/issue logging
- Assist with the coordination of project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes

Skills:
- Proficiency in productivity and collaborative softwares such as Google Workspace, Slack, Miro and Zoom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Smartsheet experience preferred but not required
- Oracle | NetSuite experience p
