What is your day to day?- Lead and manage the regional team of Community Hosts, providing guidance and performance support
- Develop and implement employee experience programs, activations, and engagement initiatives across the region
- Monitor and analyze key experience metrics, generating reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with Facility Management teams to ensure service excellence through site tours and improvement reviews
- Manage change management processes, assessing impact and developing mitigation strategies for organizational transitions
- Resolve employee and visitor complaints while coordinating with service providers for high-impact colleague activities
- Oversee regional Experience budget management and ensure compliance with EHS and sustainability polic
