The Work You'll Do:
The HR Generalist will be the main point of contact for Sovos employees in their designated working area,



supporting them with relevant HR advice and guidance across all areas of employee relations. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will support the creation and roll out of employee programs to reinforce employee engagement initiatives and ensure ongoing compliance with changing local laws and regulations.

The HR Generalist will collaborate with the General Centers of Excellence and their peers in other Sovos locations to ensure our employee experience is world class no matter where they are located.
- More specifically, you will:_
- Act as primary point of contact for employees in the assigned area(s) on various topics throughout the employee life cycle
- Oversee the onboarding of new employees including conducting F48 (new hire orientation) and assisting managers with developing onboarding plans to ramp productivity
