Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams to conceptualize and prototype new solutions
- Develop business cases to support investment in AI and robotics initiatives
- Act as a liaison between technology teams and business units
- Implement change management processes to facilitate the adoption of new technologies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders about AI and robotics capabilities

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a business partner or strategic role related to technology

Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams




- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Experience in the development and deployment of AI/robotics solutions

Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI and robotics technologies
- Experience in project management within a tech-driven environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Knowledge of business strategy and operational processes
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation
