ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our IT department at our corporate office in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

We are open to hiring for this position as remote in Brazil, hybrid in Las Condes, Chile, or hybrid in Cd Merliot, El Salvador.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES




- Collaborates in software design discussions, reviews and test strategy sessions.
- Responsible for performing risk and impact analysis and making recommendations for associated solutions
- Provides quality assurance estimates for resource and project planning purposes
- Executes system and regression tests
- Creates test data and maintains regression test suites.
- Good knowledge of SQL and TFS
- Good knowledge of automation test tools
- Identifies potential process improvement areas, suggests options and recommends approaches
- Responsible for developing strategies to improve and automate certain procedures during implementation and testing phases
- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content
- Represents management or lead at status and technical meetings, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
