About the Role
- Reporting to the TROC (Technology Remote Operations Centre) Manager, you will provide leadership to a team, or teams focused on the management and support the Major Incident management process across the onsite operational technology and systems. You will coach and develop team leaders / teams to deliver high performance and do the major Incidents duration are according with the SLA required by the business. And you will be able to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels.
- Accountable for:
- Initiation of technical and stakeholder bridges, coordinate recovery actions and plans for Major Incidents, ensure that an accurate timeline of activities on a Major Incident is documented, execute notifications as defined in a Major Incident Management procedure, ECR (Emergency Change Request) approval as a workaround/recovery option.
- Collaborates in advanced to an effective and timely responses to service requests, resolves incidents/problems and manages the Technology service catalogue.
- Translates user and business requirements into secure, scalable and resilient infrastructure solution architecture that meets current and forecasted demand levels.
- Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
