About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our small development team. This role requires a highly motivated,



self-driven professional who can navigate customer interactions and technical challenges with confidence. You will be working extensively with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python, with a strong emphasis on API development and ITSM/ITIL-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and build custom API integrations for complex system migrations and third-party services.- Engage with external customers frequently to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside customers to validate solutions.- Work with and continually develop familiarity with our primary ITSM and ITIL-related solutions.

*Required Skills & Experience:
- +3 years of experience in similar roles.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields will be highly valued.- Strong skills in JavaScript, preferably supplemented with Node.js and/or Python
- Extensive experience in API develop
