RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate design ideas and research findings effectively
- Compile research data to create a meaningful value proposition for clients and users
- Identify improvement areas and new opportunities to enhance business offerings
- Participate in the structural design of digital products or services
- Engage in collaborative co-design activities

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in UX design
- Proficiency in usability principles and information architecture
- Strong background in user-centered design and behavioral patterns
- Competency in effectively communicating ideas and presenting to stakeholders
- Knowledge of research methodologies and skilled in compiling findings
- Collaborative spirit and experience with co-design activities
