Greenpeace International is looking for two Internal Communications Specialists to implement our internal communication and staff engagement strategy across the global organisation. You will work under the supervision of the IED (International Executive Director) Influencer & Communications Manager to ensure strong alignment and delivery of Greenpeace’s organisational story internally, fostering an empowered, informed, and enabled integral Greenpeace Network.

In this role you will:
- Contribute to the development of the internal communication and staff engagement strategy and objectives,



translating them into concrete communication plans.
- Develop KPIs and communication metrics to measure engagement and inform future strategies.
- Work closely with key Greenpeace 'influencers’ involved in internal and external-facing communication.
- Implement the communication and engagement strategy, ensuring alignment and coordination across the organisation for initiatives related to staff engagement, including staff satisfaction, ED&I; (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion), and change processes.
- Draft internal messaging for Greenpeace International staff and the wider global network, including communication support for key organisational initiatives.
- Produce and use various communication tools and channels to enhance internal messaging, ensuring consistency, relevance, and inclusivity.
