This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, shape commercial strategies, and make a significant impact in the region's animal feed sector.

As our new Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative sales strategies, fostering key customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of AB Vista in Latin America. If you have a passion for animal production and knowledge in health and animal nutrition, a proven track record in sales, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, international environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributors, key customers and stakeholders in the animal feed industry.




- Manage product sales and sales processes with key customers and distributors.
- Participate in setting objectives and executing plans for sales, product forecasts, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and R&D; efforts.

What You Will Bring:
- A strong understanding of feed and livestock industries, with proven experience in animal nutrition or feed additives
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Innovative thinking with a practical approach to getting things done
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and self-motivation
