HR Lead – Pharmaceutical Industry (Chile)

Role Overview:

Senior HR professional responsible for leading key people strategies, with a strong focus on Labor Relations, Organizational Development, and Talent Management , ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Chilean labor regulations and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Labor Relations strategy , including union interactions, collective bargaining processes, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
- Oversee talent management processes : succession planning, performance cycles, and capability building.




- Support change management and transformation initiatives within the organization.

Profile Requirements

- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- +8–10 years of HR experience, ideally within multinational corporations or highly regulated industries .
- Strong experience in Labor Relations and Organizational Development .
- Proven track record working with unions and managing complex employee relations.
- Advanced English (mandatory) for interaction with regional/general teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
