Boston Scientific Brazil is building a Talent Pool for Account Executive professionals, targeting individuals interested in future commercial opportunities.
This talent pool aims to identify high-potential candidates for upcoming business needs, focusing on professionals who can drive territory growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit current and prospective customers in a planned and strategic manner, promoting Boston Scientific products and services with a focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, in alignment with leadership;
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio, strengthening relationships and identifying expansion opportunities,
while also prospecting and developing new accounts;
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as needed to promote products and enhance Boston Scientific’s institutional image;
- Analyze and report market feedback and business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, leveraging available tools and systems;
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or commercial roles;
- Experience with OPME (Implantable Medical Devices) is a plus;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Availability for travel.
