What you’ll do:

- Provide professional technical support and diagnostics for after-sales services.
- Support the resolution of technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver technical training to local service teams and help enhance their technical capabilities.
- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of after-sales service processes.
- Analyze product performance and technical issue trends, and propose improvement plans.
- Work closely with headquarters to align technical standards, processes, and solutions.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in after-sales technical support, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish communication skills are preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Chile and collaborate with regional teams.
